February 1, 2015 – Second updated website revealed (built on the SquareSpace platform).

February 6, 2014 – Coach Alan begins as a contributing writer for BreakingMuscle.com.

October 5, 2013 – First coached para-triathlete.

April 25, 2013 – Named Top 100 Twitter Users of April 2013 from Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

April 15, 2013 – Coach Alan is a member of an Entrepreneurship Panel Presentation at Penn State Berks.

March 23, 2013 – Named Top 100 Twitter Users of March 2013 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

February 8-9, 2013 – Coach Alan attends USA Triathlon Youth & Junior triathlon coaching certification clinic in Santa Monica, California.

February 6, 2013 – Coach Alan presents second webinar with USA Triathlon.

December 4, 2012 – First print newspaper feature appears: The Reading Eagle, “A Different Track” by Kate Wilcox.

November 29, 2012 – Awarded Top 100 Coaching Website by SportsManagementDegree.org.

November 2012 – Mission statement published.

November 2011 – Coach Alan presents first webinar with USA Triathlon.

August 20, 2011 – First coached athlete qualifies for ITU World Age-Group Championships.

July 20, 2011 – First coached athlete wins an overall race.

June 2011 – Updated website design unveiled.

March 25, 2011 – Coach Alan attends USA Triathlon Level 1 triathlon coaching certification clinic in Baltimore, Maryland.

February 14, 2011 – TriGuy Multisport Coaching incorporates in the State of Delaware.

October 2010 – Design of Triathlon Coaching logo revealed.

August 2010 – Coach Alan enrolls at Pennsylvania State University – Berks County Campus pursuing a B.S. degree in Kinesiology.

August 1, 2010 – Coach Alan Honorably Discharged from the US Navy.

October 2009 – Coach Alan begins coaching his first triathlete.

May 17, 2009 – First website launched.

May 9, 2009 – Alan’s friends suggest he starts coaching them, and the idea of coaching triathletes began.
