Hummus Recipe That Taste Authentic

  • 2 Cups of Cooked Garbanzo Beans (Pre-soak yours overnight and then boil until soft)
  • 1/3 cup of tahini
  • 1/4 cup of Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed juice from a lemon or regular lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, halved
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 pinch of paprika

 

Place all of these ingredients together using a hand blender and bowl or a food processor.  Blend, mix, and serve
