I started training with Alan because I needed help lowering my 2 mile run time. I’ve never been a runner, so my times were right around 16:30. We set a goal, and after about two months of training I lowered my time to 14:15. Alan was accommodating to my schedule when scheduling track days, and he gave me a run routine to work on in between our training sessions. I’d recommend him on the basis that he definitely improved my form, my run times, and he helped me with other things like proper stretches, running and work out schedules, and how to train for a race. As a customer, I’m definitely satisfied.
