Step 1 – Choose Your Option

Step 2 – Questionnaire

After you’ve signed up for one of TriGuy’s services, we’ll ask you to complete our Detailed Athlete Questionnaire. This covers your health and training history, personal schedule, and lifestyle as well as your detailed goals so that we can get to know you better and design the perfect program for you! Then we’ll contact you to set up a phone or Skype meeting. This allows us to discuss your season and goals, and more importantly, gives you the opportunity to get to know us, ask questions, and determine if you feel there will be a good fit…the critical component to success!

Step 3 – Benchmark Performance Testing

Field testing is integral in our coaching philosophy. This helps establish your baseline fitness level, personal heart rate (HR) training and power zones, and also identifies your limits and strengths. A baseline is needed in order to accurately track your progress. Even if you’re training for general fitness and performance, we’ll teach you how to test your activities to measure improvement. Our recommendations for testing vary depending on the equipment (e.g. power meter, heart rate monitor) that you have.

Step 4 – Training Plan Design

With the first three steps complete, we’ll deliver your personalized training plan using your ownTrainingPeaks Account. This easy-to-use, interactive program provides an online hub for continual contact and monitoring. Your workouts will be posted daily for you to download and access from any computer or mobile device, and you can just as easily upload your workout logs for our review. With this data, we’ll plan and customize your program on a weekly basis, taking into account your recovery status and personal schedule.
