DESCRIPTION OF PRIVATE SWIM LESSON WITH VIDEO ANALYSIS
When it comes to running, endurance athletes suffer from poor form due to bad advice or lack of direction. Improve run mechanics and reduce the risk of injury with a personal one-on-one 75-minute running lesson! Available as one-on-one or group sessions, these lessons will provide endurance athletes with technical skills and drills based on visual and video analysis. Athletes will learn to run naturally, increase speed with less energy, and reduce the risk of injury while increasing efficiency, running economy, and recovery. The lesson begins with an assessment of current fitness level while capturing running on video at every angle. We then teach proper warm-up, dynamic stretching, strength exercises, and cool-down. Afterward, we utilize video analysis software to measure and assess from head-to-toe current running form and compare it to standards set by proper biomechanics and elite athletes. The video analysis provides visual feedback of what was felt and discussed, but couldn’t see, and prescribe recommended drills to improve and optimize your running for the future.
