DESCRIPTION OF PRIVATE SWIM LESSON WITH VIDEO ANALYSIS
With a focus on technique, efficiency, biomechanics, and video analysis, this comprehensive one hour private swim lesson will take your swimming to the next level. Athletes will learn specific swimming technique, regardless if they are a beginner or an experienced athlete. The training includes exercises, drills, and workouts designed to increase confidence, efficiency, body balance, and power in the water. Discover how to become faster by way of different training techniques including tips for open water swimming, and learn how to incorporate speed and endurance training into your workouts. All provided in a private, safe, and non-intimidating environment. After each lesson, we provide a detailed one-on-one evaluation review of your swim stroke using a GoPro Video System that captures a close-up look of your swimming stroke. The resulting video will review your swim stroke along with constructive feedback, suggestions for drills that will improve and optimize your swimming technique, and fix any imbalance of your stroke mechanics.
